About CCI
Leadership & Board
CCI is governed by a council of community elders, professionals and elected diaspora representatives drawn from every province of Ireland.
Council structure
The CCI Council comprises a President, two Vice-Presidents (Affairs and Operations), a Secretary General, a Treasurer, and chairs of each standing committee: Consular Affairs, Excellence, Business, Education, Tourism & Culture, and Emergency Response.
County representatives
Each of Ireland's 26 counties elects a County Coordinator who sits on the extended council and represents local members in national assemblies.
Governance
Officers serve renewable terms of two years. Annual General Assemblies are held in Dublin with provincial sessions in Cork, Galway, Limerick and Belfast. Detailed biographies will be published as the council is formally seated.
